VSAC Swimming Championships Monday 6 May
Congratulations to our ACS swimming team that competed at the VSAC Swimming Championships on Monday 6 May. Lead by our captains Giselle (St Leoanrd’s) and Rohan (Loyola) all our swimmers produced some exceptional results.
It is a huge achievement with our ACS team finishing 4th overall.
Some ACS highlights:
- Our Open Girls 4 x 50m freestyle relay came second
- Event 3: Alfie from St Michael’s placed 2nd in the 12-13 boys butterfly
- Event 5: Owen from Westbourne placed 3rd in 14-15 boys butterfly
- Event 8: Giselle from St Leonard’s placed 2nd in girls 16 & over 50 butterfly
- Event 12: Alfie from St Michael’s placed 2nd in boys 12-13 50 free
- Event 14: Owen from Westbourne placed 3rd in the boys 14-15 50 free
- Event 17: Giselle from St Leonard’s placed 1st in girls 16 & 0ver 50 free
- Event 19: Alfie from St Michael’s placed 2nd in boys 100m free
- Event 20: Lucy from St Leonard’s placed 3rd in 12-13 100 free
- Event 22: Sophia from Westbourne placed 3rd in girls 14-15 100m free
- Event 24: Giselle from St Leonard’s placed 1st in 16 & over girls 100m free
- Event 50: girls 4 x 50m free relay placed 3rd
